We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. We accept orders nationwide and will deliver our packages anywhere in New Zealand.

We strive to send out your item within 1 day of payment. We use NZ Post for our services and will provide you a tracking number once we have sent your parcel.

Depending on your area, your item should be in your hands within 1 - 5 days (max) after payment is received.

We accept Debit/Credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay & NZ Bank Transfers.

We will only accept returned goods if they have been damaged while in transit.

Due to health & safety concerns we will not accept returned goods if you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the product. We strive to explain all the relevant information about the product on our website plus very detailed photographs of what you are purchasing.
